Have a Party:
A Hand Picked Pumpkin representative will come to your home or other agreed upon location bearing samples of our
most up-to-date line of baby clothing along with our array of rich knits and modern woven fabrics. We’ll walk you
through the design-it-yourself process and help you hand pick the perfect ensemble. Hand Picked Pumpkin ships directly
to each customer. As a thank you, we offer the hostess of each show a discount on their own Hand Picked Pumpkin purchase.

Host a Party:
Being a Hand Picked Pumpkin hostess is fun and easy. We will deliver a set of samples from our most-up-to-date line,
swatches, invitations, and order forms. You simply invite your friends, display the garments and collect the orders.
Hand Picked Pumpkin does the rest. We also ship directly to each customer. As a thank you, we offer the hostess of
each show a discount on their own Hand Picked Pumpkin purchase.
Delivery of Custom Orders
Each distinctive garment is custom sewn to your specific directions and ready within three
weeks of receipt of your order. Finished garments can either be picked up at our design
studio located in Oak Park, IL or shipped to your preferred location. Items are shipped
via USPS. Shipping fees are calculated at check out and are based on weight of order and
recipient’s zip code.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our secure on-line
checkout. Illinois residents will be charged 10% sales tax.

Gifting
Hand Picked Pumpkin baby clothing makes a wonderful gift since each piece is unique and personally
sewn for your little recipient. Hand Picked Pumpkin’s commitment to reducing our environmental
impact includes forgoing traditional gift wrapping. Purchases that are delivered via mail are
wrapped in tissue and upon request, enclosed with a complimentary gift card and hand written
message. All shipped clothing is sent in an attractive white corrugated mailer.
We understand that some of you are last minute shoppers and may need to gift sooner than our
three week manufacturing time frame. So therefore we’ve included a printer friendly icon on
our design pages. Just print out a copy of your creation and pop it in a card to let
your recipient know their custom gift is on its way.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for custom orders. If your order was damaged during shipping please
contact returns@handpickedpumpkin.com or call 708-524-1812. Unworn ready-made orders may be
exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at
returns@handpickedpumpkin.com or call
708-524-1812 prior to mailing your order in for an exchange or store credit. Customers are
responsible for shipping the exchanged item to the Hand Picked Pumpkin design studio and
shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchanges and credits will be processed upon
receipt of original order.
Sizing
We offer the following sizes: 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 18-24m, 2T, 3T and 4T. Sizing is based on child’s
height and weight, age is only used as a reference. Height and weight ranges are listed on
the sizing pull down menu of each design page.
Clothing Origin
Each unique, customer designed garment is made with domestically produced 100% cotton knit
and is individually sewn in Chicago, Illinois. Hand Picked Pumpkin is proud to
provide a Made in the USA garment.
Washing Instructions
All of our garments should be machine washed in cold water with similar colors, without bleach,
tumbled dry on low, removed promptly and pressed with a warm iron when needed. You can
expect about 5% shrinkage after the first wash.
